Custom MCU Figures – Hawkeye & Kate Bishop (“Hawkeye”)

Hi world! Welcome to the year 2024! It’s been a while since I last did this, so here’s a double showcase to bring in the new year – MCU Hawkeye and MCU Kate Bishop – from the “Hawkeye” TV Series :

Following the defeat of Thanos and the return of his family back to life, the retired Clint Barton AKA Hawkeye was enjoying a vacation in New York City with his children when news reports emerged that a dark page from Barton’s past had somehow returned, with the masked vigilante Ronin sighted in the city. Barton tracks down this “Ronin”, but he discovers that it was Kate Bishop, who found and wore his old Ronin suit to hide her identity while fighting against the Tracksuit Mafia. It turns out that Bishop is a fan of Hawkeye and kinda idolizes him, Hawkeye having saved Bishop’s life during the Chitauri attack on New York, and therefore inspiring Bishop to take up archery and fighting skills. Further investigations led Barton to uncover a possible threat to the safety of his family, while Bishop finds increasing evidence implicating her family in criminal activities. The two eventually team-up to deal with this threat that had not only placed their families in danger, but had also thrown the city into chaos.

Hawkeye returns for one more adventure in the “Hawkeye” TV Series, partnering with a young protégé as he wraps up his efforts to safeguard his family’s security so that he can make it home in time for Christmas. And they get new suits on the show. So, yeah. Another opportunity to make a custom Hawkeye and also Kate Bishop.

Custom work on Hawkeye involved using epoxy to sculpt additional sleeves on the upper arms, and the painting of the suit patterns on the torso and arms. Additional bruises and bandage were added on the face.

As for Kate Bishop, certain aspects of the MTF Female Valkyrie Body already matches up with her suit, so all that was required was to paint Kate Bishop’s color scheme. Both quivers come from Avengers Assemble Hawkeye, who wears a double quiver that I removed and sliced apart.
